Reporting to the Director of Strategic Engagements, the Director, Horizons Summit will join our Strategic Engagements team to enhance the experience for attendees and partners. The Director will oversee a team of 3-4 people supporting the Horizons summit and manage complex work streams including summit logistics, sponsor management, vendor relations, content, and marketing.What You'll Do

• Design and implement strategies to operationalize and analyze best practices for the Horizons Summit.
• Develop event goals, themes, and engagement strategies.
• Leverage data to identify and analyze best practices and learnings.
• Identify new ways to streamline work across summit work streams.
• Develop a content strategy to enhance the Horizons experience.
• Manage and build out content development processes.
• Oversee and manage a team supporting logistics, content, and VIP experiences.
• Support internal updates and collaboration across teams.
• Manage fundraising efforts for the annual Horizons conference.Who You AreYou bring experience developing and operationalizing strategies for large-scale events. You have a background in managing logistical needs for conferences, including vendor management and stage production. You possess the ability to think strategically while focusing on tactical needs and are energized by problem-solving complex challenges.What We OfferAt JFF, we provide a gratifying work experience, competitive salaries, and a comprehensive benefits program. Employees can work in-person, hybrid, or completely remote. We also offer an annual home office stipend and necessary office equipment.The hiring range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 annually.
