Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Director.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical, strategic, and administrative leadership for all
contract activities, including budgeting and compliance
Serve as the primary liaison with USAID's Contracting Officer's
Representative and manage contract administration across Task
Orders
Oversee recruitment and hiring of staff for new Task Orders and
supervise all staff and consultants engaged under Task Orders
Required Qualifications
PhD with 12 years of relevant experience in DRG research and
analysis or MA with 15 years of experience
Experience in international development, specifically focusing on
DRG
Minimum of 5 years of experience with USAID compliance and
reporting requirements
Strong skills in planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning
(MEL)
Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
