Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Director to oversee
the delivery of services and technology to clients through
effective project management and client relationship
management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage implementation efforts, ensuring execution
against the defined workplan
Establish and maintain professional relationships with client
departments, serving as the primary point of contact
Facilitate the transition to Client Services and Network Operations
for ongoing support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
PMP Certification preferred
6+ years of experience in program and complex project
management
Knowledge of health claims systems such as Facets or Amisys
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
