Job Description:
A company is looking for a Design Director who focuses on
creating impactful digital products through collaboration and
strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and iterate on digital product concepts, prototypes, and
designs based on user research and market trends
Engage in all product phases from strategy to launch and
optimization
Mentor team members while collaborating closely with Product
Managers, Strategists, and Developers
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to propose and deliver creative concepts in
design
Experience in solving complex UX problems and delivering visual
design solutions
Ability to identify and leverage business and user insights for
product development
Demonstrated experience in a highly collaborative and iterative
work environment
Familiarity with prototyping tools
