Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Finance and Performance
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Performance manage cross-functional teams to drive business
strategy and issue resolution from ideation through
implementation/execution
Monitor realization of benefits, including tracking financial and
qualitative results
Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting summaries prepared for
Senior Management on initiative performance and status
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience is required;
Graduate Degree preferred
Minimum 5+ years of performance management or financial/analytics
experience in a leadership role is required
Strong financial and analytical background is required
Managed care or health insurance industry experience is
preferred
At least 3 years of management experience is required
