Machine Learning Experience (MLX) organization provides the
platform, tools and infrastructure that empower Capital One model
developers to rapidly bring machine learning models to market and
deliver next-generation customer experiences, and the MLX's UI team
delivers the front-end experience that contextualizes the
platform's capabilities for model developers.As a Manager, Product
Manager on the MLX's UI product team, you will be the voice of the
customer, identifying opportunities for reuse, standardization, and
innovation. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to
define requirements and deliver high value solutions to the
enterprise.The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about
technology and deeply empathizes with customer needs. They are
comfortable in conversation with stakeholders ranging from
technical customers to senior leadership.Specific responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and communicate the product vision for the MLX's
front-end user experience.
- Work closely with partner teams to define requirements and
measures of success.
- Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and
customer outcomes.
- Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product
design.
- Enable collaboration and ensure communication between
teams.
- Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in
many agile ceremonies.
- Support the team with escalation and resolution of
impediments.
- Serve as the connection between customers, partners, Capital
One's mission, and your team.We want you if you are:

and lead.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or at
least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery,
business analysis, data science, or software engineeringPreferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience in Agile product managementAt this time,

maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below,
by location:
- San Jose (Hybrid On-Site): $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager,
Product Management
- New York City (Hybrid On-site): $172,800 - $197,200 for
Manager, Product Management
- McLean (Hybrid On-site): $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager,
Product Management
- Richmond (Hybrid On-Site): $144,500 - $164,400 for Manager,
Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will
be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the
actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the
time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer
letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance-based
incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or
long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or
