Product Business Operations Manager, the work you do is crucial to
ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and driving
efficiency across the Product organization. You'll support the
Product team by streamlining processes, improving communication,
and ensuring that new products and features are successful. This
role is critical in enabling the Product organization to move as
fast as possible while remaining aligned with company goals and
priorities.What You'll Work On:
- Develop and maintain scalable processes that enhance
cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless product
launches.
- Oversee launch calendars to ensure timely and impactful product
rollouts, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product
teams.
- Facilitate monthly product roadmap updates to reflect recent
launches, upcoming plans, and changes, ensuring transparency and
alignment.
- Track and communicate progress on Product team OKRs, ensuring
alignment with strategic goals. Highlight areas needing attention
and foster accountability across the organization.
- Document and track dependencies between Product and other teams
to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives. Proactively identify and
mitigate risks to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
- Centralize product feedback channels for field teams and
customers to ensure insights are collected, organized, and
actionable.
- Serve as a key point of contact for the Product team, managing
communications, meetings, and updates to ensure cross-functional
alignment.What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in product operations, program management, or
a similar role, preferably in FinTech, crypto, or technology.
Familiarity with product management tools and processes is a
plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a
focus on execution and delivery.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and
solve complex problems.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to derive actionable
insights from performance metrics.For positions that will be based
in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual
salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other
things, an individual applicant's experience and qualifications for
the position. This range does not include equity or additional
compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.CA Annual Base Salary
