Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Design Manager to lead and
mentor their product design team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-performing design team through mentorship
and goal-setting
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure smooth
delivery of design work
Drive design quality and innovation by establishing review
processes and feedback mechanisms
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in consumer-facing technology companies or
startups, with 3 years in design team leadership
Proven track record of developing inclusive and mission-driven
design teams
Demonstrated mastery of product design, prototyping, and visual
design
Experience leading design strategy and executing long-term
objectives
Strong curiosity about technology, design, and human behavior
