wireless test solutions, we deliver cutting-edge products to the
market faster. Located in San Jose, California, our HW design team
thrives on innovation. We are currently seeking a skilled
experienced Hardware Engineer specializing in RF Circuit Design to
join our Engineering team.As part of our Engineering team, you will
play a critical role in designing and developing RF circuitry to
meet advanced system specifications. This position offers hands-on
experience, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and
opportunities to contribute to future product innovations.
- Design board-level RF circuitry to meet and exceed system
specifications.
- Work with layout designers to translate schematics into
optimized board designs.
- Partner with mechanical engineers to ensure thermal compliance,
board outlines, and interface specifications.
- Work with firmware engineers to align firmware requirements and
constraints.
- Support production engineers in ensuring design for testability
(DFT).
- Perform prototype board bring-up with hands-on troubleshooting
of board and system-level issues.
- Develop and write test scripts for both board-level and
system-level testing.
- Provide support to Operations for New Product Introduction
(NPI).
- Participate in discussions on future product development and

- A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or
related field.
- 5 years of experience in:
- RF board-level design.
- Hands-on use of RF test and measurement equipment.
- Schematic capture and layout CAD tools.
- Writing and executing test scripts.
- Foundational knowledge of RF communication protocols: Bluetooth
(BT), WiFi, and Cellular.
- Basic understanding of RF regulatory standards.The ideal

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.Compensation:The
base salary range for this role is $157,700 - $252,300. This range
is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will
correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also
fluctuate depending on demand and location.Incentive Plan: This job
is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial
