Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with both English and Spanish-speaking clients, understanding their life and health insurance needs and providing customized solutions.Policy Education: Inform clients about the features and benefits of life insurance policies, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.Sales Execution: Identify suitable life insurance products to meet the specific needs of each client and close sales effectively.Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to promote customer retention and loyalty.Leads Management: Manage and follow up on client leads efficiently, ensuring timely responses and high levels of customer service.Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and regulations in the insurance industry to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Requirements
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.Licensing: Must possess Life and Health Insurance LicenseExperience: Previous 2 years experience in state farm insurance is highly beneficial.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and inform clients effectively.Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs with a personalized approach.Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining excellent organizational and time-management skills.Technology-Proficient: Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools to manage client interactions and processes efficiently.
