With a steadfast commitment to advancing medical technology, we take immense pride in the work we do - and have a lot of fun doing it.About this Opportunity:Primary responsibility is to program and produce high quality 5 axis machined parts on 5 axis CNC mills.Responsibilities:

• Programs 5 axis CNC mill and assists in the set-up and run of the 5 axis CNC mill.
• With guidance from the Machining Manager, schedules workload as required to meet customer due dates.
• Works directly with NPI team and estimators to establish machining costs.
• Designs and builds fixtures for 5 axis machining part production and inspection.
• Program speeds and feeds to allow machine to run at maximum efficiency.
• Develops cost effective methods for part fabrication.
• Other duties as assigned.Requirements / Skills:
  • 7 years minimum machining experience (at least 3 years 5 Axis CNC Programming).
  • Requires ability to read and write English.
  • Requires ability to perform arithmetic problems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of 5 Axis CNC machining manufacturing that includes part programming and fixturing.
  • Experience in using one or more 5 Axis CAD based programs such as Mastercam, CamWorks, Esprit and Solidworks.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within teams.
