Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Manager to oversee IT operations
and ensure system stability and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee technical support for internal tools and systems to ensure
user satisfaction
Develop and execute onboarding and offboarding processes for
employees
Implement and enforce security policies in partnership with the
Security team
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles
Proven experience in scaling IT operations, preferably in a startup
environment
Strong knowledge of IT operations, security protocols, and
compliance frameworks
Demonstrated experience with vendor and SaaS management
Expertise in MDM and process optimization
