They're revolutionizing how healthcare organizations deploy AI, building custom copilots that make administrative tasks 10x more efficient.What You'll Build:

• Pioneer a visual programming language enabling healthcare teams to create custom AI copilots
• Develop sophisticated systems for medical record analysis
• Build and optimize customer-specific model fine-tuning pipelinesWho We're Looking For:
• 1-8 years of experience crafting sophisticated software systems
• Full-stack generalists who can wear multiple hats (think: founding engineer, product engineer)
• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI
• Track record of high-impact contributions (open source, rapid career progression, or founding experience)
• Background from top-tier tech companies, especially those with platform + deployment models (eg: Retool, Scale AI, Palantir, Anduril)The Ideal Candidate Has:
• Experience building complex, user-facing systems
• Strong product intuition paired with technical excellence
• Interest in healthcare innovation (though prior healthcare experience isn't required)
• Background from top engineering programsWhat's In It For You:
