Join us & help build world-renowned wireless systems that connect customers to their world like never before.DescriptionYou will be part of the dynamic & innovative Wireless/PHY System DVT team! The team is responsible for ensuring the Wireless/PHY system meets the design specifications and functions correctly. The specifications and functionalities include EVM, Sensitivity, Desense, RF/Baseband Performance, MIMO, Beamforming, and Coexistence. You will be responsible for developing and/or executing test methodologies for validating the Wireless/PHY system performance throughout the silicon development and deployment cycles. You will work with PHY/MAC/RF design engineers and system integration/test engineers.Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 3 years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in wireless communication systems: WiFi and/or Cellular Technologies
  • Understanding of key performance indicators and impairments of RF and Baseband signals
  • Experience bringing up/testing wireless silicon in a lab
  • Experience developing and automating tests for Wireless systems
  • Experience using and understanding lab equipment: signal analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer
  • Experience with Python, Shell scripting, and/or C/C++/C#
  • Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Masters or Ph.D preferredCompensation and BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
