As a Senior Software Engineer on the EOR team, you'll be tasked with designing and building scalable, extensible solutions to support this rapid growth.   • Serve as a senior engineer within the Global Expansion organization, driving technical excellence and innovation.
  • Maintain a high engineering standard by participating in technical discussions, reviewing specifications, and providing constructive feedback and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end development and delivery of high-impact, high-quality products.
  • Propose, lead, and implement technical initiatives that align with industry best practices in areas such as code quality, observability, and testing. For example, you may lead a weekly meeting focused on improving the health and performance of our services.
  • Apply sound technical judgment, leveraging your depth of experience to make informed decisions and guide the team.
  • Take ambiguous technical problems and transform them into clear, actionable plans, executing them collaboratively with the team.
  • Define and drive the team's technical vision, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth, continuous learning, and excellence.What you will need
    • 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM field
    • Experience building customer-facing products
    • You have seen systems operating at significant technical and organizational scale
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Experience in building projects with good abstractions and architecture
    • Comfortable at developing scalable and extendable core services used in many products
