Responsible for the management and coordination of all testing activities on assigned projects. Providing continuous review and recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting/dashboarding and QA. Coaches and supports the team.WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the QA team in establishing and refining best practices, standards, tools, templates, guidelines, and how-to references and promote them through clear communications that encourage adoption.
• Facilitate disciplined, consistent, and transparent management of quality assurance.
• Develop and implement a regular reporting cadence for software and platform quality.
• Manage, coach, and mentor team members; build and develop a cohesive team to lead a software quality assurance function.
• Standardizing testing procedures: examine code and execution of code in various environments. Verify specific actions or functions of code.
• Partner with developers to create test cases (manual and automated) and execute them as part of the software development lifecycle.
• Provide feedback with testing results.
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position. Must demonstrate the ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, AS/AA - Computer Science preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in Software Testing.
  • 2 years of experience as Team lead.
  • Experience in testing methodologies.
  • Testing and setting up automated testing frameworks.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing automated testing frameworks for the web.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent time-management skills and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
