Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiting Sourcer
for a full-time temporary role lasting 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
to identify suitable candidates
Engage with prospective candidates through various channels to
build relationships and represent the organization
Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future
technical hiring needs
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a technical sourcer, with a proven track
record in engaging top talent
Expertise in sourcing candidates through social media, events, and
professional networks
Mastery of ATS and CRM tools, preferably Workday
Understanding of employment laws and recruiting compliance
requirements
Experience as a full-lifecycle technical recruiter is a plus
