- Mobile Performance, you will lead the 0-to-1 development of
cutting-edge mobile solutions designed to optimize performance for
the rapidly growing cloud gaming and mobile advertising industries.
This role emphasizes creating innovative, scalable products that
drive critical metrics such as Cost per Install (CPI), Cost per
Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and user
engagement.You'll work cross-functionally and cross-regionally to
build data-driven, machine learning-powered tools that tackle the
unique challenges of mobile performance optimization. Your
expertise in agile methodologies, technical collaboration, and
client-centric thinking will enable you to deliver impactful
solutions that redefine performance within the gaming and mobile
advertising ecosystem.Role and ResponsibilitiesKey
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for mobile-first
performance solutions, with a focus on cloud gaming and mobile
advertising.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, ensuring solutions
address client pain points and competitive gaps.
- Create a product strategy that prioritizes agility and
scalability, adapting to the dynamic needs of gaming and mobile
performance optimization.
- Product Development (0 to 1)
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of
performance-focused mobile solutions built from the ground up.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to
incorporate advanced machine learning models and deliver
high-quality, innovative product features.
- Focus on metrics-driven outcomes, including CPI optimization,
user retention, and ROAS growth, ensuring product adoption and
market success.
- Operate in an agile, iterative environment to prototype, test,
and rapidly improve product offerings.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration
- Partner with globally distributed teams to align execution
strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones and
cultural contexts.
- Act as a central coordinator, streamlining communication and
decision-making across diverse technical and regional teams.
- Leverage cross-functional inputs to create inclusive, globally
relevant solutions.
- Client-Centric Innovation
- Work closely with cloud gaming service providers and
advertisers to understand their performance goals and
challenges.
- Translate client feedback into actionable product features that
enhance user engagement, session continuity, and advertising
efficiency.
- Ensure product solutions meet the unique demands of cloud
gaming and mobile advertising platforms.
- Performance Metrics & Optimization
- Define, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics,
including CPI, ROAS, engagement rates, and playtime.
- Utilize robust testing frameworks and data-driven insights to
enhance product performance and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure product offerings
remain competitive and innovative.Skills and
QualificationsQualifications
- Over 6 years of experience, including 3+ years in product
management, with a specialization in ad tech mobile performance
optimization Well-versed in key advertising metrics such as ROAS,
CPI, and engagement rates.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and data
science teams to integrate machine learning into performance
products.
- Proven track record of building and scaling products from zero
to one in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Proficient in leveraging data to inform product decisions and
drive measurable results.
- Experience working effectively with globally distributed teams
and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or
equivalent experience preferred.Preferred Skills
- Expertise in mobile advertising optimization for cloud gaming
ecosystems or related industries.
- Proven success in 0-to-1 product development with a focus on
machine learning-powered solutions.CALIFORNIA ONLYSalary Range Pay
Transparency: Compensation for this role, for candidates based in
Mountain View, CA is expected to be between $175,000 and $215,000.
Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant
skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the
