StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2052.00 - $2364.00

Well respected Outpatient Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in San Jose, CA. Ideal candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment. This will be for a 13 week assignment contract, working a Monday-Friday schedule.

Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-CA
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient Experience
Active CA License
Covid Vaccination/Booster/Flu Shot or Declination
Certified Hand Thearpy Preferred
