Today, our Nile Access Service is redefining connectivity for organizations worldwide from cutting-edge technology companies to healthcare and financial institutions.Position Summary:We are searching for a talented and visionary Edge Service Product Manager with an extensive understanding of the market - customers, segments, technology, and players. This role demands hands-on experience and deep knowledge of network technologies, such as switching and routing. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in campus switching and routing, coupled with strong business acumen and market expertise. As a leader in our product management team, you will play a critical role in driving our product strategy, roadmap, and overall success, ensuring that Nile remains at the forefront of secured connectivity innovation.Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nile's Edge Service and WAN offerings, aligning with market trends and customer demands.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities for differentiation especially in the SD-WAN and Campus Edge market.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to gather insights, prioritize features, and deliver best-in-class products.
• Work with a team of talented product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and drive product excellence.
• Drive the go-to-market strategy, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, effective positioning, and impactful marketing collateral.
• Monitor product performance, conduct regular data analysis, and leverage customer feedback to iterate on product offerings, drive feature enhancements, and optimize user experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in network security, contributing to thought leadership and keeping Nile at the forefront of innovation.Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in edge connectivity or other relevant technologies. A focus on SD-WAN, secure connectivity, and/or campus/branch networking is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in switching, routing and other relevant technologies.
• Proven track record of successful product management leadership, driving the development and launch of enterprise-level networking products.
• Deep understanding of networking market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends, with a clear ability to translate these insights into impactful product strategies.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in building business cases, defining pricing strategies, and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive product decisions and measure success.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
