The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Web3 and DeFi technologies and protocols, and will be able to lead the development of innovative product solutions.You will be responsible for driving the strategy, development and execution of our newest crypto-related products and services and help define our potential future directions in the Web3 space, as well as how we might leverage Web3 to onboard the next billion users to crypto. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences.Your efforts will help accelerate the adoption of crypto for everyday use cases globally. • Product Development: Shape the vision and strategy for new, innovative Defi or Web3 products that can use cryptocurrency or blockchains to improve how users manage their finances.
• Roadmap Execution: Build and manage a product roadmap that balances user feedback and business goals. Drive execution to deliver impactful features in a timely manner. Ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, business, and other product teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives and to enhance the overall user experience.
• User Insights: Leverage user research and data analysis to prioritize product enhancements, ensuring the product continuously meets user expectations and drives engagement.
• Fintech Innovation: Introduce modern financial solutions to the product, focusing on making everyday transactions easier and more accessible for users.
• Compliance and Security: Work with internal teams to ensure the product meets all regulatory and security requirements, maintaining a strong focus on user trust and safety.What We Look For In You:
• Experience: 5+ years in product management or development, ideally within fintech or related industries, or some experience in Web3/Defi or blockchain protocols. Experience bringing new financial products to market is highly valued.
• Execution-Oriented: A strong track record of turning product strategies into reality, with experience in successfully delivering products within tight timelines.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with data and user feedback to make informed product decisions that enhance the user experience.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate product goals, strategies, and progress to both internal teams and stakeholders.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of modern financial technologies and evolving industry trends, with a curiosity and passion for the fintech and crypto space.Nice to Haves:Familiarity with blockchain architecture design, smart contracts, and various DeFi primitives.OKX Statement:The salary range for this position is $159,600.00 to $330,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
