Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Account Manager to ensure high
client retention and service satisfaction for Enterprise and Elite
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day client interactions and support assigned
book of business
Provide feedback on trends and opportunities within the client
base
Identify new customer revenue opportunities through upselling and
cross-selling initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years' experience in a relationship management or similar
role
Experience in pre-tax, COBRA, Ben Admin, Wellness, or related
benefits
Proficiency with relationship management CRMs
Ability to analyze consumer needs and develop innovative
solutions
