This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and directly contribute to the growth and success of the firm.Position Overview:We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of GxSpeed's products and services. Reporting directly to the Chief Product and Compliance Officer (CPCO), you will oversee the product lifecycle-from concept and market analysis to product launch and performance tracking. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of a dynamic and innovative company in the life sciences consulting space.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet both client needs and regulatory requirements. Your strategic thinking, market insights, and hands-on approach will help GxSpeed continue to lead in delivering impactful solutions for the life sciences industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CPCO and senior leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with GxSpeed's growth goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing offerings.
• Gather and analyze client feedback and market trends to refine product requirements, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to successfully execute the product roadmap.
• Work closely with legal to ensure that all products meet industry regulations and standards, particularly in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch, tracking performance and refining products post-launch.
• Develop product documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Continuously monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive iterative improvements to products and services.
• Build strong relationships with clients and prospects to deeply understand their needs and challenges, ensuring GxSpeed's products meet their objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning that effectively communicate product value.
• Participate in client meetings, product demos, and presentations to ensure alignment with client expectations and showcase the value of our products.
• Work with the CPCO and legal to ensure that all products and services are compliant with relevant regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.).
• Identify potential risks in product development and mitigate them by developing proactive strategies, maintaining thorough documentation, and ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and continuously assess alignment with GxSpeed's business goals and client expectations.
• Present regular product performance reports to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for product improvements and adjustments.
• Work with compliance teams to qualify/validate products.Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in the life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical consulting sectors.
• Proven track record managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a focus on life sciences or regulated industries.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (GxPs, Part 11, Annex 11, FDA, EMA, ISO, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana to manage product development cycles.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for innovation in the life sciences industry.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and an understanding of regulatory compliance in the life sciences sector processes is a plus.What We Offer:
