  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels, with various cross-functional partners without direct authority, and deliver executive-level presentations.

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the annual planning strategy activities to set yearly team strategy to align with Cloud Supply Chain Organization strategy. You will also manage headcount and budget requirements for Hardware NPI organization, and model and forecast business requirements.Responsibilities
    • Partner with Finance, HR, and partner Strategy Operations teams to allocate and manage headcount and related costs, inform, influence, and enable global staffing plans and organizational structures.
    • Lead critical process improvement projects based on NPI business needs.
    • Lead and drive critical product operation Portfolio initiatives and Key Performance Work.
    • Establish operating processes including process optimization and improvements, identify issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence partners, and develop and drive holistic operation metrics for the NPI organization globally.
