Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Account Manager to oversee
customer accounts and enhance payment services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer rate reviews and manage pended accounts in the
underwriting process
Assist customers transitioning from the legacy payments platform
and perform monthly reporting and reconciliation
Make outbound calls to software users to promote the payments
feature and increase GMV of existing customers
Required Qualifications
4-year degree preferred
Experience in payments sales or customer service
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
General understanding of merchant underwriting and risk
management
Ability to read and understand merchant statements
