A company is looking for a Senior Manager - ED Ops AR.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounts receivable management for California payers,
ensuring timely follow-ups
Analyze reports to track and improve key performance indicators
(KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
Lead and mentor a team of follow-up specialists while driving
process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, focusing on
accounts receivable and follow-up
Proven experience working with California payers
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting reports,
KPIs, and SLAs
Leadership experience, including team management and mentorship
Demonstrated success in process improvement and project
management
