A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Services Delivery
and Productivity Tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and support for end-user services, including
hardware and software
Oversee the implementation and management of productivity tools
Develop a roadmap to enhance user experience and drive digital tool
adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
8+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 4
years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of productivity and collaboration tools
Proven ability to manage teams and complex projects in a fast-paced
environment
Expertise in ITIL practices and service management
