Key Responsibilities
Shape and refine the client services strategy to support
sustainable growth
Build and lead a high-performing client services team while
fostering client partnerships
Drive new business development initiatives and support agency
growth through strategic opportunities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years in senior
client service leadership roles
Proven track record of growing client relationships and driving
revenue growth
Experience in building and leading teams in a fast-paced creative
environment
Strong strategic thinking and understanding of digital/creative
agency operations
Experience working with mission-driven organizations and managing
multi-stakeholder projects
