Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Planning & Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee workload measurement and assess staffing needs to align with performance and financial targets
Collaborate with various teams to implement and manage project deliverables and timelines
Lead the design and operationalization of sales compensation strategies and capacity planning

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales compensation design, sales planning, or related fields
Proven experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting
3+ years of leadership experience
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred
