Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Identity &
Access Management.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates the implementation of a robust IAM program balancing
access, compliance, and business requirements
Manages daily operations of a technical team, providing mentorship
and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
Acts as a subject-matter expert on IAM disciplines and provides
management status reporting on projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems,
cybersecurity, or a related field
8+ years of experience in technology implementation, with a focus
on identity management and access governance
Expert understanding of web security standards and IAM concepts
Proven experience with leading IAM solution providers such as Azure
Entra ID, Delinea, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust
Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes
