Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential
business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement
effective capture strategies
Oversee the preparation of proposals and ensure compliance with
client requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
(Master's preferred)
Proven experience in capture management within the government
contracting industry
Strong understanding of government procurement processes
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment
Demonstrated success in winning and managing large-scale, complex
contracts
