A company is looking for a Program Delivery Manager, Backup
Services to lead the management and delivery of their Backup
Services product offering.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong client relationships and manage client
expectations
Drive operational excellence by overseeing service execution and
analyzing performance data
Coordinate program management through cross-functional
collaboration and maintaining CRM data
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in client success, program management, or a
related field
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex
environments
Expertise in project management tools and data analysis platforms
like Salesforce and Excel
Experience scaling operational systems for large asset portfolios
is a plus
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements within
asset management is beneficial
