Management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales programs
that address pipe generation needs
Analyze data and results to adapt sales programs based on
performance and insights
Act as a trusted adviser to sales leaders, ensuring effective
program implementation and stakeholder management
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Programs,
Learning Design, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations
Experience designing revenue-producing sales campaigns and
go-to-market strategies
Ability to derive actionable insights from data sets and
interactions with sales personnel
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting dashboards
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
