Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) to lead customer engagement and
loyalty initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the customer database platform, ensuring data
integrity and alignment with business goals
Develop customer segmentation strategies and implement lifecycle
management programs to enhance customer relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM initiatives
and monitor campaign performance metrics
Required Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in CRM with expertise in marketing
automation platforms
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
strategies
Proficient in HTML/CSS, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Excel, PowerBI, and
database management
Passionate about retail and knowledgeable about trends in the
furniture industry
