Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Management Partner to provide
change management execution capabilities across various
organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change assessments and develop change strategies in
collaboration with project sponsors
Align change management plans with project plans and manage
stakeholder assessments throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and execute communication and reinforcement plans to ensure
successful change implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
2-5 years of dedicated change management experience
Prosci Certification is a plus
Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
Ability to engage at all levels of the organization
