future.Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:
- Analyze root cause of RMA returns
- Investigate new product failures
- Determine cause of yield excursions
- Meet ADI's failure analysis cycle time and quality
commitments
- Develop new techniques for analyzing failures
- Work with Design, Application, process, product and package
engineering to identify the failure root cause and propose
corrective actions
- Take ownership for a piece of failure analysis equipment; and
keep it runningMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Physics, or Science degree
with semiconductor emphasis. Master's degree Preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of how a diode and transistor
work
- Good understanding of Analog and mixed signal circuit
analysis
- Ability to read schematics and layout
- Good English oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use a curve tracer and electrical bench
equipment
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Fab and/or assembly process experience a plus
- Chemistry lab experience is a plusFor positions requiring

is $85,560 to $117,645. Actual wage offered may vary depending on
