Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. • Work within Archer's various integrated labs to plan and execute tests.
• Utilize lab test equipment and Archer's simulation environment to setup test cases, validate system requirements, and investigate issues.
• Collaborate with aircraft system engineers to develop test plans and procedures.
• Assist in the coordination of integrated lab test scheduling.
• Develop and maintain integrated test lab operating procedures.What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft system integration and test.
  • Experience using lab test equipment (Scopes, Meters, and Sensors) for data acquisition and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems and operation.
  • Development and/or execution of aircraft system verification and/or validation procedures.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN, A429, Serial (RS-485/RS-422/RS-232), Ethernet.
  • Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.Bonus Qualifications:
    • Experience with HIL and/or real-time simulation environments.
