• Work with Suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in quality, manufacturability, cost. Clarity engineering drawing requirements and communicate effectively to supporting suppliers.
• Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
• Performing the supplier technical audit process and evaluating supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.
• Working with end user and performing quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction actions.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement projects to achieve quality targets.Knowledge and Skillset

• Demonstrate the knowledge of engineering drawings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of component manufacturing (e.g., welding, machining, electric, assembling).
• Demonstrate knowledge of using quality tools (e.g., 8D, fishbone).
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• SAP, Office.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
• Responsible and rapid response.
• Good interpersonal skills. Able to explain difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
• Good communication skills and adapts to cultural differences while working with a global team.
