Job Description:

As the Senior Aircraft Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing the airframe structures team. This role requires a strong technical background in aero structures and/or aircraft engineering, with strong people management and leadership skills.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and expand the team responsible for airframe structures, propellers, materials/processes, mechanical systems, and cabins/interior.
Manage a mid-sized organization, ensuring the achievement of milestones and goals.
Utilize program management experience to effectively drive projects to completion.
Lead by example and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.



Requirements:

Prior experience in eVTOL and/or aerospace companies with a background in aerostructures/airframe.
Demonstrated leadership skills and hands-on experience managing teams.
Ability to motivate and drive project initiatives.
Strong program management skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with proven success navigating ambiguity and project changes.



Location: San Jose, California (relocation assistance available)

Type: Full-time

Salary: $150-200K (DOE)
