Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive
revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives
with broader company goals.
- Lead and mentor the North American Sales and Business
Development team.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level leaders to
understand and address their cybersecurity needs.
- Oversee sales forecasts, achieve ambitious targets, and
negotiate long-term strategic contracts.
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve
efficiency and results.Qualifications:
- 12+ years of enterprise sales experience (Extensive
Professional Services is a MUST), consistently exceeding annual
sales targets.
- 10+ years of executive-level U.S. sales management
experience.
- Proven success in driving growth within the security or
cybersecurity services/products industry.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Visionary leadership, self-motivation, and a passion for
