Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service
Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 35-50 incoming calls daily, identifying customer needs and
providing assistance
Research and resolve complex issues while documenting information
in computer systems
Maintain productivity and quality standards while contributing to
updates of Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
Familiarity with computer systems and the ability to navigate
complex software
Availability to work flexible 8-hour shifts, including Saturdays,
with potential for overtime
