Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented
sales development manager to lead and drive the success of our SDR
team. The successful candidate will champion the development of a
high-performing team and align closely with cross-functional
partners to fuel our pipeline and organizational growth. The ideal
candidate will have strong experience driving outbound activity and
enjoy leading and coaching sales development teams in a fast-paced
environment.This role is hybrid and requires working from our San
Francisco office three times a week with our SDR team.What the role
will involve:
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, mentor and manage a
high-performing SDR team, fostering a culture of excellence and
continuous improvement.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales
development strategies to generate qualified leads and build a
robust sales pipeline.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance metrics, monitor
progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure team members meet
or exceed targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product
teams to align strategies, provide insights, and optimize lead
generation efforts.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes to improve
efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation and
qualification.
- Reporting: Analyze and report on pipeline creation, lead
quality and team performance metrics, providing actionable insights
to senior leadership.
- Career Development: Coach and develop the next high-performing
Hasura Account Executives by designing work experiences that
enhance their skills while driving short-term target
achievement.
- Championing Culture: Leading by example to foster an
environment of inclusion and growth.Requirements:
- 2+ years of outbound SDR/BDR sales management experience in
SaaS.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, excellent
communication skills.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Outreach, or 6Sense.
- Deep understanding of sales development best practices, lead
generation techniques, and SaaS.
- Results-driven, analytical mindset, and a passion for leading
and motivating high-performing SDR teams.
- Ability to juggle priorities and work in a rapidly growing
environment.
- A fast learner who is motivated, driven, passionate and
possesses a growth mindset.Nice to have:
- 1+ Year of Account Executive / Closing Experience for a SAAS
Company preferred.Location:
- 3 days Hybrid in our San Francisco office.Compensation:The
compensation for this role ranges from $145,000 - $175,000
