Job Description:
A company is looking for a High Value Account Services
Representative (multiple levels).
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with assigned business
accounts, serving as the primary contact
Research and resolve operational problems experienced by customers,
focusing on delinquency management and program implementations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of service
delivery and follow up on client inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of customer service experience for Grade 8;
three to five years for Grade 9; five or more years for Grade
10
