Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Analyst, QC for a contract position in Novato, CA. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to perform various analytical tasks in a laboratory setting. The position requires full on-site presence from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Conduct biochemical, physical, and chemical analyses of test samples under cGMP standards to meet specified timelines.
Evaluate data against defined criteria and specifications.
Work independently on mastered assays and develop proficiency in a broad range of trained test methods.
Train other analysts in areas of expertise.
Maintain the laboratory in an inspection-ready state and manage laboratory supply inventories.
Ensure completion of routine laboratory functions such as glassware cleaning to meet business needs.
Develop familiarity with cGMP, 21CFR, USP, EP, and ICH regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Adhere to department and company policies and practices, holding self and others accountable.
Assist in the revision of written procedures as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Ability to follow written instructions and perform tasks with direct or minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using a computer, including Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.


Preferred:

At least one year of experience in a cGMP/GLP laboratory, with quality control experience preferred.
