responsibilitiesAs a Delivery Architect, you will work closely with
IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM
Technology solutions that align with your clients' goals. In this
role, you'll work closely with clients and sellers to build
solutions based on meeting the client's business outcomes using
best practice patterns for the technology and industry.You will
also apply your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery
while leveraging your consultative skills, such as problem-solving
issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service
orientation skills. As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, a
client-focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical team, you'll
collaborate with clients to optimize and trailblaze new solutions

this role is for you. A 'day-in-the-life' of this opportunity may
include, but not be limited to:
- End-to-end Technical Guidance: Providing expert end-to-end
technical guidance to lead discovery discussions with clients,
assess project architecture needs, and work with technical leads
and sellers to create proposals.
- Technical Solution Workshops: Conducting and participating in
technical solution workshops.
- Solving Client Challenges Effectively: Understanding clients'
main challenges and developing solutions that help them reach true
business value by working through the phases of design, development
integration, implementation, migration, and product support with a
sense of urgency.
- Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile
plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning
assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two
operations.
- Building Successful Relationships: Establishing and maintaining
personal relationships at all levels - from engineers to CIOs -
with experience navigating challenging debates to reach healthy
resolutions.
- Participating Solution Review Boards: Developing and
contributing to the solution review boards for proposals, including
oversight for technology assurance, quality, and risk
evaluation.Required educationBachelor's DegreePreferred
educationMaster's DegreeRequired technical and professional
expertise
- Designing Governance, Risks and Compliance (GRC) solution using
IBM OpenPages: A provable track record of conducting requirement
definition and scoping sessions with the customer and designing
their GRC solution using the IBM OpenPages platform.
- Planning, Documenting and Sizing IBM OpenPages Services: A
provable track record of planning, documenting and sizing IBM
OpenPages solutions including functional and implementation
requirements that connect phases such as design, development,
integration, migration and production support.
- Governance, Risks and Compliance (GRC) Expertise: Deep
knowledge and experience with building GRC solutions and
industry-wide best practices.
- Leading Implementation Team: Experience in leading a team of
Software engineers during the implementation and deployment of IBM
OpenPages.
- IBM OpenPages configuration skills: Hands-on skills in defining
architectures, configuring software, and implementing solutions
using IBM OpenPages.
- Build credibility and client-centric skills: Skills and
knowledge for building credibility with client stakeholders aligned
with GRC solutions.Preferred technical and professional experience
- AI Governance & Watsonx.gov Expertise: Experience working with
a broad spectrum of AI Governance solutions, including IBM
watsonx.gov.
- Strategic planning and Execution: Drive business and technology
strategies and initiatives into actionable roadmaps with clear
direction on execution to ensure business value and ROI.
- Cloud technology implementation: Experience implementing cloud
technology across complex projects.
- Agile methodology experience: Good understanding of Agile,
collaborative methodology to design, configure, deploy, and
