plumbing, HVAC, TAB, controls, and chiller systems to property

seeking a motivated Plumbing Service Account Manager to represent
our Plumbing Service department and build strong relationships with
Therma's customer base. This role focuses on the commercial market,
managing accounts with property management companies while
cross-selling our additional service departments, including HVAC,
TAB, controls, and chiller systems.The ideal candidate will bring a
proven background in plumbing sales, outstanding communication
skills, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property
management companies to promote plumbing services.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for
HVAC, TAB, controls, and chiller services within existing
accounts.
- Actively pursue new business through networking, prospecting,
and relationship-building.
- Quoting and Proposals:
- Develop accurate, competitive, and customized quotes for
plumbing services and related offerings.
- Partner with technical teams to create proposals tailored to
client needs and specifications.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries
and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and
foster long-term partnerships.
- Issue Resolution and Damage Control:
- Promptly address and resolve service-related issues or
complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and effective
resolutions.
- Collections:
- Manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding
invoices and ensuring timely collections.
- Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate and
up-to-date financial records.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to
identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity,
and market demands to enhance strategies.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plumbing sales or a related field, with a
strong focus on the commercial market.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems; familiarity with HVAC,
TAB, controls, and chiller systems is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and
relationship-management skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working
independently or collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.We
