A company is looking for a CRM Consultant to refine and execute patient engagement strategies through effective touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement engagement strategies by developing actionable touchpoints for patients
Establish sub-segmentation engagement approaches to personalize communications
Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance to optimize patient interactions

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Background in Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare
Proven experience in developing patient journeys
Ability to create business rules for sub-segmentation
Experience in automating processes within CRM platforms
