transform how businesses operate.The Renewal Specialist is a
pivotal role within Logitech for Business, responsible for driving
revenue growth through service contract renewals, upselling, and
cross-selling opportunities. This role combines strategic thinking,
customer engagement, and operational excellence to ensure customer
retention, uncover new opportunities, and contribute to Logitech's
overall success.Key Responsibilities:1. Pipeline Development and
Revenue Growth:
- Proactively engage with existing customers to ensure 100%
retention and on-time renewal of service contracts.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell service
opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Qualify and convert inbound Marketing Select Trials leads into
service opportunities and revenue.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to Out-of-Warranty
customers, driving a measurable percentage of conversions to
service contracts.
- Build and maintain a robust services pipeline to achieve
revenue targets.2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Help Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with
customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Educate customers on Logitech's service offerings, upgrades,
and extended product solutions, positioning these as value-added
solutions to their business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers derive maximum
value from Logitech's products and services.3. Sales Execution and
Opportunity Management:
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of renewal and service
opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Close deals that drive incremental revenue and margin growth
for Logitech's service and support solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including
outbound calls, pipeline growth, and closed-won revenue.4.
Collaboration and Strategy Alignment:
- Partner closely with field sales representatives, marketing
teams, and channel sales to align on strategies for customer
retention and service sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute
targeted campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue
growth.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market
trends, and competitive insights to inform product and service

this role, you should possess the following:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in service or renewal sales,
inside sales, sales development, or a similar role, preferably in
SaaS, technology, or B2B sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and
presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to
customer needs and align with promotional campaigns or
upgrades.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Unified Communications,
video collaboration tools, and workspace solutions. Experience with
Logitech products is a plus.
- Sales Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce
CRM, CPQ platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and sales
engagement platforms.
- Persuasive Selling: Proven ability to build rapport, present
compelling value propositions, and close deals across Logitech's
services portfolio.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn with a
strong desire to grow a career in sales.
- Time Management: Ability to manage a high volume of activities
across multiple platforms while meeting deadlines and quotas.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive

position offers an OTE (base+variable bonus) of typically between $
65K and $ 131K dependent on location and experience. In certain
circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the
business need, candidate experience, and skills. Across Logitech we
