Key Responsibilities
Define and implement an enterprise-wide analytics strategy to
enhance customer experiences
Lead a high-performing team of analysts to deliver actionable
insights and support data needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities
and drive business model innovation
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in product management with a focus on
customer-driven innovation
Proven ability to develop product strategies and translate them
into actionable roadmaps
Strong technical acumen related to data, technology, and analytics
capabilities
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree is a plus
Experience in the financial technology or payment processing
industry is a plus
