A company is looking for a Content Specialist, Product
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the knowledge management strategy, including an
internal knowledge base
Enhance knowledge sharing and creation within the Product Support
organization and cross-functional teams
Develop internal and external communications, including
newsletters, knowledge base articles, and FAQs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in support environments with a focus on
content production or knowledge management
Ability to prioritize and manage complex projects effectively
Experience writing about products or services for diverse
audiences
Strong project management skills
Experience in fast-paced support environments is a plus
